As a new customer, how can I get the sample?
We can send the samples to you. A few samples are free of charge, while the freight should be paid by customer.
Can I ask Ondoing develop the new products for me?
Customized designs are welcome! We provide ODM service. You can e-mail us if you have a new design at info@ondoing.com. Our skillful design team will develop the product high efficiency according to your requirement and also can give you advice to improve your design.
How do you control the quality?
Our QC team has 6 professional QC and they supervise the quality of the purchasing?cutting?stitching?assembling and delivery, So as to make sure the products from our factory are all the high quality!
How long is the delivery time?
Vary from15 days to 45 days depending on the quantity of products ordered and when you order.
What is the minimum quantity of the order?
Different products have different minimum quantity, such as:
Dog carrier:500pc/item
Dog Bed: 300pc/item
Cat Tree: 100pc/item
I want to know the payment term between us. Normally the following 2 terms of payment are acceptable:
1). T/T 30% before the production, the rest 70% T/T paid subject to the B/L copy. The seller will send the original shipping documents to the buyer after the date of receipt of the whole payment. (For small volume orders, 100% T/T)
2). L/C at sight.
